LRS ADVanced (53000 series) in place. (b) Debridement and resection of sufficient bone to allow soft tissue closure. Stabilization distally between middle and distal clamps. Proximal metaphyseal osteotomy. (c) Distraction between proximal and middle clamps to restore original bone length. Caution: Remove segment of fibula at least 1 cm longer than defect; distal syndesmosis screw. The TrueLok Fixator may also be used for this indication.
