1D.7(a) Stiff, impacted elbow joint with limited motion.
(b) Initial distraction with Elbow Distractor Unit. Humeral screws are inserted in the humeral distractor clamp and temporary ulnar screws in the ulnar distractor clamp.
(c) Galaxy Elbow Hinge Fixator in place; joint distracted and locked in maximum flexion for 1-3 days.
(d) After this period mobilization is allowed with the Elbow Motion Unit in place.
